All interactions occur on monitored platforms to protect against phishing and data interception.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is used across all company systems and EVA-managed applications to ensure only authorized access.
Executive Virtual Assistants work exclusively on managed devices controlled by EVA Works' IT and InfoSec teams.
Devices are monitored via mobile device management software and can be remotely wiped to mitigate risks in case of loss or breach.
EVAs only access the data required for their role. Access is routinely audited for compliance.
